Need something adjusted?
Everyone should be able to use this site and buy from Roost Ride. If something on this site, or in how we work with you, needs adjusting, email hello@roostride.com or use the contact page. Tell us the page and what got in your way. No form rules, no proof required. You will hear back within two business days.
What this site is built to
This site is designed, built, and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. It was last tested on September 9, 2026 in two browser engines (Chromium and WebKit) on desktop and mobile screen sizes, with automated checks on every page and keyboard-only navigation. Testing is repeated on a schedule and after content changes, and the date above is updated each time.
What that means in practice
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a skip link to the main content.
- Pages use semantic headings, landmarks, and labels so screen readers can announce structure and controls, including the cart and checkout.
- Text and its background meet the WCAG contrast minimums, and the site stays usable at 200 percent zoom.
- Product images and images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text.
- Forms have visible labels and clear error messages, and never ask you to re-enter information you already gave.
- Motion is limited, and it stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
Ongoing work and known limits
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a box checked once. New products and content are checked before they are published, and the whole site is re-tested on a schedule. Checkout and payment are handled by a third-party commerce platform, and its pages are outside our direct control. If any step there gets in your way, email us and we will complete your order another way.
